He was able to get his technician Jonathan to go to the home on Saturday morning, evaluate what was needed and gave me a quote that day! I call that incredible customer service!
Our experience with this company was very favorable. Setting the appointment for measurement/design happened quickly and while there was a wait for special order rails, once available, the installation was quickly scheduled and completed. Installation staff were very helpful and ensured system operation after installation. I definitely recommend their service and would not hesitate to call on them again if more services were needed.
They did a great job installing a stair lift for my Mom. Everyone at the company is professional. Highly recommended if you need a lift put in your home.
