California Mobility, Inc. (“California Mobility,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit californiamobility.com, submit a form, contact us, or use our products and services, how we use it, who we disclose it to, and the rights available to California residents.
1. Categories of Personal Information Collected
Contact and Identification Information. Name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address.
Inquiry and Service Information. The product or service you ask about, your ZIP code or service address, details you provide about your home or your project, appointment and installation records, service history, and the content of your communications with us.
Information You Provide in Free-Text Fields. Our forms include optional free-text fields. Information you enter there is collected as you provide it. Please share only what you are comfortable providing.

Communications Records. Records of calls, emails, text messages, and form submissions, including the date and content.
SMS Consent Records. If you consent to receive text messages, we record your phone number, whether consent was given, the date it was given, the form or source through which it was given, and the version of the disclosure shown to you.
Providing consent to receive marketing text messages is optional. Declining does not affect your ability to request a quote, receive service, or purchase from us.

We disclose personal information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf. We describe them by category rather than by name:
- Customer relationship management and marketing automation
- Telephony and text messaging

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or text-message consent data with third parties or affiliates for those parties’ own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use advertising and analytics technologies on our website. Depending on how they are configured, some of this activity may meet the definition of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To ask us to stop, contact us using the details in section 8.
5. SMS and Mobile Communications
If you provide your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or your service. If you separately opt in, we may also text you offers and updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and record-keeping obligations or to establish or defend legal claims.
Records of text-message consent and of opt-out requests are kept for at least five years, including after you opt out or ask us to delete other information about you. We keep these records because we are required to be able to demonstrate that we had permission to contact you, and that we honored your request to stop.
