1. Acceptance of These Terms
This website at californiamobility.com and any other sites we operate (the “Site”) are owned and operated by California Mobility, Inc. (“CMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. Where CMI presents a button or checkbox that conspicuously references these Terms, clicking the button or checking the box confirms your agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy describes how CMI collects, uses, and discloses personal information. Our SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messaging when you request or consent to receive texts. Each document applies to its subject matter. If there is a conflict, the SMS Terms and Conditions control text messaging and the Privacy Policy controls CMI’s handling of personal information. CMI is located at 5150 Fair Oaks Blvd. #302, Carmichael, CA 95608.
2. Changes to These Terms
CMI may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, will be posted at this address. Material changes will apply prospectively, and CMI will provide reasonable notice when appropriate. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
3. General Nature of Site Content
Content on the Site is provided for general information. Product specifications, availability, pricing, installation timelines, and service coverage are subject to change and may vary by location and by the specifics of your home.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide any product or service. Pricing shown, if any, is indicative. A binding quote is provided only in a written proposal following an assessment.
4. No Medical, Safety, or Professional Advice
CMI sells and installs mobility and accessibility equipment. Content on the Site describing products, home modifications, accessibility considerations, aging in place, or safety is general information only.
It is not medical advice, occupational therapy advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Whether a particular product is appropriate for a particular person or a particular home depends on factors that cannot be assessed from a website.
Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about a person’s health, safety, or living arrangements. Consult a physician, occupational therapist, contractor, or other qualified professional as appropriate.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (Site Only)
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMI disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
This section concerns the Site only. It does not limit, waive, or modify any warranty applicable to products CMI sells or work CMI performs. Those warranties are governed by your purchase or service agreement and by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability (Site Only)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or waives rights that cannot be limited or waived under California law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any nonwaivable consumer rights.
This section concerns the Site only. It does not apply to claims arising from products CMI sells, installations CMI performs, or services CMI provides.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
- Submit false information, or submit another person’s contact information without their permission
- Introduce malicious code
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Site’s functionality
8. Information You Submit
When you submit information through a form on the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. If you provide someone else’s contact details, you confirm you have their permission. If you send CMI a text message, or submit a request asking CMI to contact you by text, you agree that CMI may respond by text about that inquiry, appointment, or service. This permission is limited to request-related messages and does not include marketing texts. Permission to provide another person’s contact information does not authorize CMI to send that person marketing text messages; that person must separately provide any required consent.

9. Reviews, Comments, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photo, testimonial, or other content, you grant CMI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing.
You confirm the content is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone’s rights. If it depicts a person or a person’s home, you confirm you have their permission.
We may remove any submission for any reason.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, video, and logos are owned by CMI or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site, including manufacturer brands, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of CMI beyond any authorized dealer relationship we hold.
11. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to sites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Review their terms and policies before providing information to them.
12. Accessibility
CMI is committed to making the Site usable by people with disabilities and works toward conformance with recognized accessibility standards. If you encounter a barrier on the Site, contact us at (866) 683-1945 or support@camobility.com and we will work to provide the information or service you need through another means.
13. Service Area
CMI serves customers in California. The Site is directed to residents of the United States. We make no representation that Site content is appropriate or available for use elsewhere.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except where applicable law permits a dispute to be brought elsewhere, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or prevent you from contacting a government agency.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular Site feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and CMI concerning your use of the Site. CMI’s Privacy Policy describes CMI’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, and CMI’s SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messaging. If these documents conflict, the document addressing the more specific subject matter controls.
These documents do not govern the purchase, installation, maintenance, repair, or servicing of any product. Those matters are governed by the applicable proposal, purchase agreement, service agreement, warranty, or other written agreement between you and CMI.
