After installing new floors our elevator wouldn’t work properly. We called Calif mobility to have our elevator serviced and adjusted. As always they came very quickly and Andrew was able to adjust the elevator as needed. Since he has been the one who normally services it he was able to diagnose and have it up and running in no time.
We had a truly great experience with the installation of an elevator in our two story home. California Mobility planners found the perfect place for the elevator and the builders who came out to install it were super-professional. During the six days needed to create the elevator no dust (that is NO DUST) was spread to the rest of our home.
They did a great job and were very patient with us as we suffered several delays and installation issues on our end. They really helped us work around our problems. Every single person on the team was highly professional and addressed all our questions easily. It is a great relief to this aged couple to have this lift in our home.
