We had a truly great experience with the installation of an elevator in our two story home. California Mobility planners found the perfect place for the elevator and the builders who came out to install it were super-professional. During the six days needed to create the elevator no dust (that is NO DUST) was spread to the rest of our home.
My experience with California Mobility was very positive. They were not the first provider that I contacted, but I decided to try them out because I wasn't feeling completely comfortable with the other company that I first contacted. Maya, in particular, was very professional—she communicated promptly and thoroughly, was willing to accommodate my needs and tight schedule, and offered useful suggestions that I had not considered.
It turns out we waited too long to get a stairlift. Erica is a Mobility Specialist with California Mobility and besides being very friendly and easy to talk with she is very knowledgeable about the stairlift. She understood our concerns and our stairlift was installed that Friday. We’re very happy with the quality and ease of use with our stairlift.
