My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the courtesy and downright professionalism shown to us by Donovan and Will, the two guys who installed the chairlifts. They really listened to our questions and concerns, directly addressing each to our satisfaction. There was absolutely no marketing hype or arguing whatsoever. And they worked diligently well, completing everything well within the estimated timeframe.
I was looking for a stairlift for my Mom. She's 97 years young and it's hard for her to get around especially walking down from her deck to the backyard. She was so happy when she saw the stairlift that day they installed it. The 2 gentlemen that installed it did a great job. From start to finish I felt good about it.
After installing new floors our elevator wouldn’t work properly. We called Calif mobility to have our elevator serviced and adjusted. As always they came very quickly and Andrew was able to adjust the elevator as needed. Since he has been the one who normally services it he was able to diagnose and have it up and running in no time.
