We worked with California Mobility on behalf of these customers and couldn’t be happier. The stairs in question were a difficult task for the homeowner, now almost 95, and the stairs themselves were an odd shape with difficult access in his mountain home.
We had a Stiltz Trio installed for my father. The process was flawless. The construction crew was on time and professional. The installation crew was on time and professional. They said it would be completed on a particular date and it was. Great job California Mobility!
I'm very happy with my stairlift and their employees. We had a little glitch over the wrong chair being sent but it was resolved quickly so that it was available when my dog became ill and couldn't walk the stairs. Thank God for that! I would have had to sell my home without it.
