I had a good experience with California Mobility for stair lift installation, so far. Their receptionist, Maya, was nice to take to and has information about the products they offer. The entire process went smooth from inquiry to unit installation yesterday.
I'm very happy with my stairlift and their employees. We had a little glitch over the wrong chair being sent but it was resolved quickly so that it was available when my dog became ill and couldn't walk the stairs. Thank God for that! I would have had to sell my home without it.
Besides the clean installation, I really appreciated the way Maya followed up with every step of the process. She made scheduling easy and ensured that the changes to the installation date weren’t a big deal.
