Our experience with this company was very favorable. Setting the appointment for measurement/design happened quickly and while there was a wait for special order rails, once available, the installation was quickly scheduled and completed. Installation staff were very helpful and ensured system operation after installation. I definitely recommend their service and would not hesitate to call on them again if more services were needed.
Wow, what a great company. I called these folks on a Friday morning inquiring of a stair lift needed for my wife who is a late stage cancer patient having great problems climbing our stairs even on her hands and feet. California Mobility went into action and had us set up for install of a stair lifter the next Monday! The install was prompt, expert, and friendly. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely the best!
The process was so quick and installation was completed within a few hours. Got an estimate on Monday and the stairlift was installed on Wednesday morning. My husband can now get up and down the stairs easily.
