Emma Quinlan Baxter

About the Author

Emma Quinlan Baxter has been writing since she learned to hold a crayon (which was a relief for the adults previously forced to transcribe her musings). She performs standup and sketch comedy around New York City and is a contributor to digital publication Tawk of New Yawk.

She also writes plays (a Paula Vogel Mentors Project fellow) and screenplays (Austin Film Festival top 20%). A recent grad from NYU Tisch’s Dramatic Writing program with a concentration in Television Writing, Emma also holds an extremely practical double minor in Irish Studies and Comedy and a Lifetime Girl Scout card. She is currently working as Director’s PA on Saturday Night Live. She loves to tell stories with levity and heart.
