Our Commitment During Stairlift Visits During COVID-19
Safety Comes First
If one of our technicians has any symptoms of illness, they will be told to stay home and self-quarantine.
Disinfectant
Our team is using hand sanitizer regularly. Additionally, our technicians are disinfecting all equipment between visits and prior to installations.
Protection
Our team will wear protective gloves and a facemask to each home we visit.
Hand Washing
Technicians are required to wash their hands before and after each customer visit.
Distancing
To reduce person-to-person contact, we will not be shaking hands. Additionally, our team will maintain a safe distance during their visit.
These precautionary measures apply to both indoor and outdoor visits.
Virtual Consultations
We recognize that a stairlift may be an essential purchase for you and want to ensure you have safe options for proceeding with your stairlift research and purchase.
In order to maximize the safety of our customers, we are offering virtual consultations via text, phone, email, or video conferencing tools such as Skype, Facetime, and Zoom.
To provide a quote we only need a few pictures of your stairs.
Once we receive the pictures, we are able to create an immediate quote for you.
With the quote, we will send a brochure and video to help you understand your stairlift options.
